The AFJ80 Plastic Recycling and Pelletizing Extrusion Line is designed for recycling and processing crushed ABS, PS and PP plastic materials into reusable plastic pellets. With a guaranteed production capacity of 120 kg/h and a maximum target output of 150 kg/h, this system provides a practical solution for small and medium-scale plastic recycling operations.

Equipped with an 80mm diameter extrusion screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and a 45KW main motor controlled by a frequency inverter, the production line supports continuous plastic melting, extrusion, cooling and pelletizing.
