Featuring a five-unit production configuration, the line integrates double-layer tube base extrusion, fiber braiding, and outer-layer extrusion to support efficient and consistent hose manufacturing.
With customizable surface embossing, marking options, and multi-color designs, this production line helps manufacturers meet different hose specifications and customer requirements.
The production line features five coordinated units. The first two extruders produce the double-layer tube base, while the remaining units support fiber reinforcement and outer-layer processing. This integrated configuration is designed to streamline the manufacturing process.
The braiding system forms a reinforcing fiber layer around the tube base, helping improve the hose’s mechanical performance. Reinforcement specifications can be configured according to the intended application and product requirements.
The embossing system creates textured patterns on the hose surface to provide improved grip and reduce slipping during handling. Different surface patterns can be selected according to customer requirements.
The embossing wheel can incorporate customized information, including dates, customer logos, and specified text, directly onto the hose surface during production. This helps reduce separate marking operations and supports efficient customization.
Heat-transfer printing can be incorporated into the production process to support customized hose appearance and reduce the need for additional offline processing, depending on the selected configuration.
The online correction system helps maintain proper alignment during fiber reinforcement, supporting consistent fiber distribution and more stable product dimensions throughout production.
The line supports three-color, five-color, and other customized color combinations, enabling manufacturers to produce hoses with distinctive appearances for different markets and applications.
With suitable material selection and process settings, the finished hose can be designed for low-temperature environments, outdoor exposure, and demanding pressure applications. Performance targets such as operation at -40°C, a service life of up to six years without cracking, and pressure resistance up to 60 MPa should be verified against the specific hose construction and test conditions.
