The AF-72 1500 PET Sheet Extrusion Line is designed for manufacturing single-layer plastic sheets using recycled PET, virgin PET, and PP materials. Equipped with a Φ75/44 parallel twin screw extruder, this production line offers flexible material processing, stable output, and efficient sheet production.
With a trimmed effective sheet width of 1500 mm, the line is suitable for customers who mainly produce two sheets with a width of 750 mm each. The production thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm, with a line speed of 0–25 m/min and an estimated output capacity of 350–500 kg/h.

The flexible feeding system allows recycled and virgin materials to be metered separately, making it suitable for different production requirements and material ratios.
