PLA/PET plastic sheet extrusion machine

It is used for the production of PET and PLA sheets without a pre-crystallization and drying system, and is suitable for the production of recycled materials. It features high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization performance.

The screw adopts a building-block design with multiple configurations and a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch-based degradable materials, but also suitable for PET sheet production.

The barrel is equipped with a double vacuum exhaust system to ensure efficient removal of moisture and volatile components.

The extruder is equipped with a melt pump for quantitative and stable output, as well as a pressure and speed closed-loop automatic control system.

The entire production line adopts PLC control to achieve automatic operation, including parameter setting, data monitoring, operation feedback, alarm functions, and other intelligent control features.

PLA has excellent tensile strength and ductility, and is suitable for various common processing technologies.

Our single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion lines can fully meet customers’ special requirements. The machine can be equipped with a single extruder or double extruders, as well as horizontal calenders, gradient calenders, or vertical calenders according to customers’ specific product requirements.
