Our hollow sheet production lines utilize specialized screw designs and mechanical configurations to manufacture PC and PP hollow sheets in various specifications, supporting widths up to 2300mm and thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 12mm. These products are widely used in advertising, decoration, sound insulation, and packaging; notably, PP hollow sheets—valued for their lightweight nature, high strength, and resistance to moisture and corrosion—are increasingly replacing cardboard boxes as the preferred material for packaging containers.
Extruder: Features a specialized screw design and an advanced temperature control system to ensure optimal plasticization and stable, high-output extrusion.
Screen Changer: Employs a hydraulic quick-change mechanism for rapid and efficient operation; the dual-station design and specialized sealing structure ensure stable performance.
Die: Constructed from high-quality alloy steel and equipped with a highly responsive flow-control device to ensure uniform pressure distribution across the die opening; differential adjustment of the upper and lower die lips guarantees consistent wall thickness.

Vacuum Calibration Table: The calibration system features a rapid heat-exchange cooling system effectively interleaved and sequentially distributed with the vacuum system, ensuring high calibration precision. The vacuum system comprises two independent subsystems, each equipped with multiple three-point fixed-cycle vacuum lines. Each cycle includes vacuum regulation and display systems, ensuring uniform and stable vacuum levels across the sheet surface.
Haul-off Unit: The haul-off system consists of two groups. The first group is a high-power, high-reduction-ratio, multi-roller unit offering excellent low-speed performance and high traction force, enabling the sheet to be pulled synchronously and evenly from the calibration table. The second group performs stress-relief processing. An edge-trimming device is also included to ensure high-quality sheet edges.
Stress Reliever: Utilizes an advanced large-area conductive heating method to effectively eliminate internal stress and further enhance sheet flatness.
Cutting Machine: Features precise, instantaneous fixed-length cutting and automatic lifting/unloading. Special wear-resistant alloy blades ensure high-quality cut surfaces.
Integrated Line Control: The system supports both traditional panel-based automation and microcomputer (PLC) control, allowing for the unified management of all operational parameters (such as screw speed, temperature, pressure, and output) to effectively optimize the line’s performance.
