Plastic foam board extrusion line

To meet environmental protection requirements, we have developed specialized extrusion equipment designed to produce construction formwork. This formwork is manufactured from a composite of recycled plastics (PE/PP/PVC) and fillers such as mineral powder, wood fiber, and calcium carbonate. Serving as a modern alternative to steel and bamboo/wood formwork, this product retains the machinability of wood—allowing it to be drilled, nailed, sawn, carved, and otherwise processed.
The advantages of this plastic formwork include: impact and corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, non-toxicity and lack of odor, a smooth and attractive surface finish, low density and light weight, ease of processing, dimensional stability, rigidity, low cost, weldability, and a high reuse rate.
Applications include: tanks for circuit board and metal surface treatment, wet processing equipment for circuit boards, industrial exhaust systems, wastewater and environmental protection systems, and semiconductor industry equipment. The material supports filling, flame-retardant treatment, and modification, while the surface can be embossed or given a matte finish. Waste material is recyclable.
The equipment can be configured with either a single-screw or twin-screw extruder, and can be custom-built to meet specific production requirements.
